He likes the finer things in life: pretty clothes, pretty jewelry, pretty food, pretty everything. Perrise has long since grown used to having the things he likes, which means he's relatively ignorant of how to live within his means instead of beyond them. Like most Chiroptoras, Perrise is relatively physical when communicating; he especially likes to loop tails with whomever he is conversing, but he's also a fan of cuddling, hugging, snuggling, and basically any fun, platonic affection. He seeks warmth, which is where all of that comes in, as Perrise despises the cold and all that comes with it. He's negative and pessimistic - trust Perrise to be the one to tell you exactly why your plan doesn't work - but on the bonus side, he'll probably still go along with said plan anyway. He's a loyal friend, stubborn and generally a good person deep down beneath the rest of his rather cynical personality.
