Fiona (Fee)

Fiona is a small fairy woman in Celestin's brothel. She's basically the house mom even if her gimmick is just the same as star's. She tends to take care of most responsibilities within her capabilities including taking care of Star. She can float/fly and levitate small objects when necessary. She hates wearing shoes.
