R'oulrynth ("Rory")

The former draconic ambassador turned swindler who raised Jeremy ever since he found him as a baby. Rory himself was brought up in a rather large, traditional draconic family, but had always been pretty laidback and never really cared about sticking to his family's rules, causing him to eventually be disowned from the clutch/family.

Rory is both quadrupedal and bipedal, as he learned how to walk on two legs in order to get Jeremy to walk properly when he was little. He's easily frightened and unnerved but pretends to be confident. Rory cared a lot for Jeremy and was supportive of him, doing his best to raise him despite his financial troubles, but suddenly ran off when Jeremy turned 16, never to be seen again.
