Louis is a pretenious, snobby and flamboyant asshole who's self-centred. He comes off as aloof and dismissive to the people around him, his ego is unnaturally big... Always making sly and cunning remarks in terms of other people's fashion, life-style, petty things essentially. However, he does sometimes show signs of kindness and remorse sometimes.
Occassionally when he realises he went too far or genuinely hurt one of his friends, he doesn't take blame since he doesn't know how to without feeling like a weak person showing his softer side, Louis feels like if he dropped his confident buoyant personality, he would be shamed and ridiculed for being a monster with human emotions.
Even from all the men he's picked up at bars to seduce to then kill in cold blood, he has a soft spot for who's essentially his family, Stephen and Mason.
DESIGN
BACKGROUND
HUMAN LOUIS
While Louis was still human, he worked as a preformance actor. One day he was taking a late night walk in the streets, the streets were empty and thinking he was alone, he started practising his scenes. His rehearsing must've got something's attention and he felt himself suddenly get pulled inside a shady alleyway.
A tall lanky man had pulled him in the alleyway, with a smirk on their face, showing their fangs. This person's a vampire! But Louis didn't know that, he just thought this person wanted to kidnap him.
But then this figure would bite Louis's neck. Louis, now having an adrenaline kick would push the man off of him and would attempt to sprint out of the streets. He wouldn't go too far when he felt himself collapse on the floor from blood loss. He saw the figure looming over him but instead of them killing Louis, they left him there on the concrete pavement. Leaving his human self to die.
He didn't lose all his blood where he would die altogether, but enough where he was now turned into a pasty, blood-drinking monster.
HOW HE MET STEPHEN/MASON
When wondering around the night to go to a bar, Louis would find a building that looked to be a party of sorts. Thinking this would be a better opportunity to pick up men to seduce and drink the blood out of, he goes inside.

It wasn't until going inside he saw how many people were in the party, it felt stuffy and uncomfortable so he tries to leave. Only to get bumped by a man on accident. The two end up chatting, Louis tries to seduce him but he finds out the man is on a date with his girlfriend and immediately stops, he then gestures he's gonna go outside.
The man would ask for a picture before he leaves. Louis knowing what would happen if he did take the picture just sprints out the exit. (Instead of just.... Declining....) Once he made shut the door behind him, he would see Stephen and Mason getting out the party at the exact same time but in different exits. They all glance at each other with puzzled expressions and would go on to be roommates/best friends when they introduce and get to know each other that exact night.
RELATIONSHIPS
Louis always critiques Stephen's clothing style, Stephen weirdly takes all the advice to heart and has tried putting lip balm before, which obviously, did nothing! They get into very strange antics. Louis agrees that even he can't make fun of Stephen all that much... Making fun of sad people makes him sad too.
Mason and Louis always banter with each other, Stephen has to break it up sometimes! Even when it's the most insignificant issues! That isn't to say they don't care for one another. They both bicker in good fun, it's rarely serious.

TRIVIA
- Hates selfies, not cause he's camera shy, quite the opposite.. He's just never registered in the photo lens...
- Likes to fake fainting so people give him attention. It works but some people (Mason) can pick up he's very obviously faking it.
- He's been around since the 1920s but he's still mentally 23 years old.
- Drinks his tea while pointing his pinkie out because of course he would.
