Hikari is a friendly and stylish young girl who adores being the center of attention!  She loves makeup and fashion, and she always tries to follow popular trends.  When Hikari's not studying for classes, you can usually find her reading fashion magazines or recording a video for her youtube channel!

Hikari (光) means "light".  Hoshino (星野) means "star field".

Light Bending: Hikari's Quirk allows her to bend light to recolor and change the opacity of objects.  It will only work in areas with light, the amount of light in an area effects how well the quirk works. Her Quirk works with both natural and artificial light.
