introduction.

lazgar is the mother figure of the party, she became friends with jasper a long time ago after he did her a favour, and they've looked out for each other ever since. she works in a tavern and owns multiple across selkatar, but conveniently seems to be working at whichever one the party is closest to... obviously a coincidence not her looking out for them or anything

lazgar is protective, caring figure, she will always do everything in her power to keep those she loves safe, or anybody that is unable to defend themself. she can come off as overbaring at times, especially with jasper, but it comes from a place of concern. she's easily angered and while she is generally very controlled and easygoing, once she snaps she will not hesitate to break anything in her way. she can be too trusting and prone to betrayal, but will never let somebody hurt her twice. overall, she won't take shit from everyone; she's a strong resillient woman who is able to adapt to tense situations and will not run from a fight

• she's raised up in a large clan of orcs near the coast with lots of siblings
  • being the eldest she's expected to care for her younger siblings since her parents are away a lot - fighting in some of selkatar's earlier battles
• she moves to lunaris at 197, training in combat there to defend herself and live up to her parents' strength
  • after a while, she's one of the strongest fighters in the village, especially when wielding an axe
• she marries her husband malgor when she's 380 years old after meeting him on a trip to imolum 6 years beforehand
  • he's incredibly controlling and treats her awfully until jasper kills him 30 years later - the two become friends and jasper becomes somebody that lazgar would do anything to protect
• she moves to alnwick at 416 and opens her first tavern at 431, it becomes a safe place for travellers and she builds a strong reputation
  • eventually she's able to open more taverns across selkatar and tries to visit them all equally
• after a few years travelling across the kingdom, she settles into the alnwick tavern and becomes close with the townspeople
  • she invites jasper to stay at the tavern in between his adventures, along with lovell
• by the time she's 510 jasper more or less lives with her, she's helping those in the village prepare for storms
  • she asks the party to help rescue jasper from a pack of wolves and then travels across her taverns to check on them and give them a place to rest

• she has slitted pupils and her two bottom canines are always visible
• body type is muscular
• she has scars from fighting monsters all over her along with some burn scars
• she always wears her cloak and has at least two braids in her hair
  • she can wear anything that fits a medieval fantasy setting, or anything with greek influences since her kingdom is based on ancient greece
