Sonny

Sonny was a healthy and strong pup just as his siblings but with a missing leg he was deemed 'unsellable' by his mother's owner.  The man had been making big bucks breeding and selling puppies for years. The tiny helpless pup was shoved in a bag and dumped in Gotham's river to die.  He was saved by Ace the Bathound and revived by Robin. The careless owner who had gotten rid of other 'imperfect' puppies before had his dogs taken away from him once and for all. Sonny's mother unfortunately was shot while trying to find him but his littermates were all adopted out.
