Shadow

His past is nothing but a blur of memories. He wouldn't be able to tell it even if he wanted to; For his childhood is filled with memories of hard work and screams because he hadn't worked enough to provide to three children and one sick adult, of course not counting himself, the nights filled with the horror of not knowing if he will be alowed to rest or be forced to work even more for people that at some point he doesn't even care for anymore; and a bunch of his teenage years where, once again work and work and work, endless amounts of work- Until he found himself running from a place he tought he wouldn't miss and starting to live in the streets while looking for any kind of job to just have enough to eat something by the night or by the day. When he found Indra and his group of mercenaries he was at verge of death and it went on to them becoming close and their unecessarily dangerous jobs let him to discouver his liking of flirting with death. Years after their long friendship, Indra send him to his "death" in a job Shadow wasn't suposed to be doing. He was tricked into kiling the lover of an eldritch being so Indra could get money and all the success he wanted. Shadow, after the eldritch discovered their lovers death he choose the cold and slow path of vegeance, a curse. Not that bad but not that good either; it was simple and it would just give this self confident wolf that wanted to be remembered his worst fear: being forgotten. His name was erased of existense and so was his face. Whoever tried to remember him would never be able to; Shadow's "face" only being remembered for at best, a week. As long as everyone he cares for sees him atleast once a day before the period of a week he won't be forgotten. But that is too much to ask in such a busy world. For he once didn't really have a thing that gave him constant anxiety now he deals with it. This longing fear of being forgotten. For as long as he lives; because after his death there will have nothing to remember. In the present Shadow keeps his close friends at arms lenght and his lovers even closer, he still works either an unbelievable amount of dangerous jobs in one day or a simpler one close of the ones he loves. He values them a lot, especially after being betraid for someone he once loved that of course doesn't remember him. Shadow pretends to be this strong and always happy being but sometimes his shell falls and his fear, anxiety and sometimes sadness is noticeable. Lives in a pretty simple way, staying in Light's house, an being that has a similar curse to him; Shadow won't ever tell but he feels somewhat secure and being with Light gets him some peace of mind.
