Gatti is one of the villains for my cartoon.  He is a powerful mobster and is the boss of the Gattuso crime family. 

He likes to terrorize Bruno and Scotty for fun 

 Signor Destino is his consigliere and longtime best friend, Destino is sometimes seen perched on his shoulder like a parrot advising Gatti but usually ending up encouraging any insane decisions he makes 

Gatti is thought of as a charming and charismatic boss but he is also a complete psychopath. He’s always seen with a cunning grin on his face.  his spontaneity strikes fear onto others nobody ever knows what he’s thinking
