COMMISSION TERMS

• You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
• I'll always send you a sketch for your approval before starting the lineart. This will be the only time you can ask for changes .
• I will send you the full resolution picture through email or google drive
• I reserve the right of increasing the price if you want a very high detailed drawing.
• I reserve the rights of canceling your order if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.
• Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll probably modify them a bit to make them fit my style (it's just a slight change). However, if you want me to stick to them, please specify.
• As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.
• By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any refunds after the art is made.

Copyright / Usage Policy

    As a commissioner you may:

• Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page (with no profit purposes unless you paid the commercial use fee).
• Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
• Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Twitter...

    You are NOT ALLOWED to:

• Change, modify, or use my works without my permission.
• Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (this means making money of it in any way) if we didn't arrange it before.
• Take credit for the art.
• Remove my watermarks /signatures.

CHARACTER TERMS

    Do's

• Do have fun, get creative!
• Do feel free to change the design in minor ways
• Do as you wish (nsfw, gore, etc)
• Do use for commercial reasons (NOT MY ART, THOUGH.)

    Don'ts

• Do not give characters i made to people on my blacklist
• Do not resell a design for money if you did not purchase the oc OR haven't added any art
• Do not change my designs to the point they are unrecognizable from the original design 
• Do not color-pick or get heavily inspired WITHOUT ASKING
• Do not trace my artwork!

BLACKLIST

As mentioned before, DO NOT give designs to anyone here & do not harass or witchhunt. I DO NOT tolerate harassment.

• ZachsBloodShed - scam attept + rude  ||  pmmed me art examples, then when i accepted the offer i got nothing like the examples in return. i declined the art and the trade because it was no longer fair and blocked them (pretty reasonably?) only to be put on a dni or whatever so. shrug  Also just a generally rude person, implying they want people to be harassed? lol what
