Momoka grew up in Neighpon but left for Equestria for a change of scenery with her daughter Hinageshi when her husband passed away. She is very cheerful and loves corny jokes and cooking. She is extremely close with her daughter and often tells her that if she always scowls like she does that she will turn out with wrinkles like her father.
