enhanced memory - can remember and recall experiences and events inhumanly well after miniscule degrees of experience -- not photography memory 

paramnesia - can erase or distort memories of themself from others as a form of psychic disguise, or in order to make it so the target believes the memory or lies without giving off cerebral implications of deception 

memory tampering - they can also distort memories without their presence, and can change what the target believed happened--however, with their current power, only small adjustments are possible 

supersede - can place themself in memories of the target (and can then act as a loved one or old friend) 

traumatize - can distort previous memories to make them twisted in order to drive them into insanity 

memory reading - can read the memories of others (combined with their enhanced memory, can clearly remember other peoples memories) 

memory restoration - can restore forgotten or suppressed memories 

refresh/clarify - can restore a recent memory that may have been diminished (ex. can refresh a victim's recent memory of attack to learn of their attacker while the victim might be too panicked/scared to properly recall their memory) 

memory suppression - can lock away and suppress selected memories in others until they decide to unlock it (the victim can unlock it on their own again in extreme cases, however)

LIMITATIONS

• must make physical contact (skin on skin, cloth/armor/etc. negates their abilities) in order to access/change memories 
• cannot choose to read minds--if contact is made, the process begins 
• control is strained and can be lost in times of stress or fear, including when being rushed
• can become emotionally overwhelmed by the memories of others 
• can confuse their memories with the memories of others (probably wont be an issue until theyve been doing this for a while) 
• cannot create & implant new memories -- can only change available memories 
• cannot create physical manifestations or holograms of memories 
• can read memories with no issue, but becomes vulnerable when distorting memories, as it takes more time and strength cannot change/suppress their own memories

Relationships

	Alexis Lécuyer Jasper met Alexis when they were around 15 through tumblr, bonding over their taste in anime--particularly music anime. They went from speaking occasionally to speaking daily to calling each other, and Jasper has rather quickly fallen head over heels in love with the man. Although Alexis doesn't seem interested in dating so much as casual sexting, Jasper holds out hope that one day, maybe Alexis will like him as much as he likes Alexis and maybe stop sending his nudes to other guys. Though Alexis quickly becomes his best friend, there is some tension between them; Alexis seems at least borderline mutantphobic, but Jasper hopes it's something he can learn to overcome eventually. Despite being... slightly problematic, Alexis is always the one Jasper relies on, spending his days looking forward to speaking to him.
	Dryad | Oseye Oja  Though he doesn't know her personally, Jasper looks up to Dryad a lot, looking to her as a modern day symbol of mutant empowerment now that Mystique's days seem to be over. Dryad might not be as active at literally freeing mutants in bad places, but as a model who is unafraid to show who she is since becoming a mutant, he's grateful for her affects on beauty standards regarding mutations. She's an activist as well as a symbol of self love for mutants, often attending peace rallies and hosting charities to support mutant youths--typically those abandoned by their families post-mutation. He hopes he can be half as helpful as her one day, and would probably die if he got to meet her.
