Roxanne's personality consists of her either being serious or her trying to have fun. Its very rare to get her to actually be as serious as Ruby or Sirena but yer she is still none of the less very serious about the work she does (even though she is very much not alive anymore). To many people she may seem as she has a laid back type of personality yet they aren't that much off. Roxanne knows when to be laid back and when its time to be serious which to most may be surprising that she is able to tell between the two.

Her way of showing affection is very strange to some people. her way of showing affection is a combination of gifts, acts and time. she doesnt come off as strong when it comes to the subject of love but that isn't anything that she hasn't heard of before. Roxanne neither like nor dislikes the subject of love its just that shes the Godess of Revenge so she tries to keep the love to other gods and godess's and sticks to what she knows best.
