   Gonzalo was a Spanish Conquistador, who ended up arriving in Central America along with several other ships in the 16th century. Filled with cocky confidence, he began reminiscing with his fellow men and partaking in the terrible actions while blinded by the fact that he was in a beautiful brand new world. An act he learned and now greatly regrets is the art of the slave trade, as he not only had a few but also became a strategic businessman trading people for bound of riches and gold. That all ended when he was tricked by Samiya, who offered him a drink on a hot summer day, only to become a genie and sealed in his vessel.

   Soon, a crewmate that respected him found his vessel and became his master. Gonzalo felt confused at first but soon was forced to make wishes that benefited both his crewmates and the slave trade he once started. Slowly tho, his crew started treating him similar to the other slaves, just doing more since he can’t lose his strength, can not sleep, and does not need any other basic human essentials. When they left and the crewmate did the final wish, rather than bringing him, he gave the vessel to another crewmate. He was soon passed on from person to person like the property he once saw on the island, and soon only learned how to do magic related to controlling people.

   As the years approached the late 19th century, Gonzalo was soon back in the land that he sailed his ship to hundreds of years ago. He was soon freed from a kinder human being, freed from his chains, and he soon began wandering around the nearby town and city. So much has changed, but he could see the scars the conquistadors left so many moons ago, the scars that he’s left, the same ones that he’s been through as well.

   Now, he is trying to help out the authorities stop people from human trafficking innocent people, on occasion taking matters into his own hands. He struggles tho to learn any other magic that doesn’t control another being's mind tho, as it has been drilled into him for hundreds of years. He is overall grateful for the chance at retribution, and until his dying breath he wants to make the world a better place, so no one would ever be enslaved again and so there won’t be anyone like his younger self ever again.
