Vaporwave's Ownership

Design Terms of Service:

• You  must keep the design on toyhou.se and you may not hide it. My manager  and I keep an eye on my designs so we can make sure my TOS are not being  broken. Hiding/deleting the design will result in being blacklisted.
• Any  designs I create (NOT initial image), may be used for most commercial  use (merch, in projects that make you money, etc) with credit
• My designs may NOT be used to create/promote NFTs
• My designs may NOT be used to promote/create hateful or bigoted content
• You may not sell my designs for more than you bought them for without additional art (by you or commissioned from other artists)
• You may not sell/trade/gift/willingly put my designs in the hands of people on my blacklist (found on my tH)

OFF BASE Adopts:

• I must be credited as the designer/creator of the initial art with direct links anywhere the adopt is posted
• The initial art of the design may NOT be used for commercial use/for profit
• The  lines/art of the initial design may not be traced/used as a base. At  this time I do not make/sell bases, please do not use my designs for  this purpose
• Failure to abide by these terms will result in being blocked and publicly blacklisted/banned from obtaining more of my designs
