General

-I can refuse a commission with or without explanation.

-I can cancel a commission if need be.

-The commissioner can cancel the commission, within reason.

-I can upload the commission to any social media, unless specified by the Commissioner before commission is started.

-Unless specified, half of the payment will be paid before a sketch is started. After the sketch is shown and approved, the other half will be made. Commission will not be finished until payment is made in full.

-Anything of NSFW content for a commission will only be made if the Commissioner is 18 years or older.

-You may contact me anytime to ask for progress, just be mindful that I have a full time job. Contact can be made via any of my socials or Discord.

-Any of my art is not allowed to be turned into NFTs, Crypto, or anything of the like.

Image Rights

-Commissioner can make minor edits to completed work.

-Commissioner can reuploaded for use, but only with proper credit to me.

-Commercial use must be discussed beforehand.

-Commission must not be claimed that it is not my work.

Delivery/Turnaround

-Unless specified, Commissions are done digitally.

--No hard copies will be made

--The Commissioner is paying for a service/ digital good and will not require any shipping of any kind.

-Commissions will be sent via Discord or Email.

-Unless specified not to upload the commission to the public, all commissions will be posted on the my social media, watermarked.

-- Commissions will be posted on the Artist's social media after the Commissioner has received and approved the original and unmarked commission file.

--The Commissioner may choose to remain anonymous if posted to socials.

-Depending on commission, my full time job, and queue, turnaround is expected to be a week at the earliest to a month (about 3 weeks) at the latest.

--If I take longer than a month you are allowed to contact me about the status of your commission.

Payment

-Payment is made through Paypal only.

-Payment must be in USD.

-An invoice will be sent requiring the Commissioner's email.

-Payment must be made within 72 hours (3 days).

Refunds

-If the Commissioner cancels their commission for whatever reason, you will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished:

--65% refunded if in the lineart stage

--50% refunded if in the base colours stage

--30% - 20% refunded if in the shading stage/ final touches

--You will not receive any files of the commission.

-If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund and the png. of what had been finished of said commission.

-Refunds will be made within 72 hours (3 days)

-Commissioner will not be refunded if they are unhappy with the finished commission.

--If there are any small edits I am willing to do so, big edits will be rejected.

Payment Plans

-Payment Plans can be arranged if commission/adopt is over 100USD.

Adoptable T.O.S

General Rules

-You are allowed to change the design, species, and/or gender if you so wish to.

-With proper credit to the artist, you are allowed to post the design on other sites.

X Do Not Claim the original design as your own.

Designs Bought

-You are allowed to resell for the price purchased for or higher if extra art of the character is included.

-Designs are allowed to be gifted or traded.

Gift or Trade Designs

-Design can be gifted or traded for other art or designs.

Holds

-I can hold an adopt for up to 72 hours (3 days) after said time frame adopt will go back up for sale.
