Admiral Dominik

Dominik is the Admiral of R.O.S.E: one of the various Floating Fortresses across the globe. He is also the captain of a warship dubbed: The Risk-taker. He sees that every mission is completed with upmost efficiency and takes responsibility for every win and loss. (Although, he rarely loses.) His crew and ship are an extension of himself, he cares deeply for both.
