Deedra was born blessed. She was gifted wisdom, strength, and courage at birth, but due to her strange appearance, and nearly otherworldly powers, few gave her the chance to become close to them. Still, she excelled and became a revered warrior for her tribe, working her way up to becoming the lead hunter.
When the day came that a new clan came to her lands, she fought hard to protect her people, unfortunately the only one to survive the onslaught. A life of servitude her new direction, she was given little time to lament, having to learn quick to survive in the new culture, hope in her heart that she would one day still be able to pass on stories of her clan and not allow them to disappear from history.
She is the guardian of the priestess Luceria, whom urged her people to allow Deedra to live. While both seem to hold disdain for one another, Deedra has learned to respect her companion, and slowly but surely has become an asset to her captors.
