Volt

Volt is an assistant specialist in Neolite-creation laboratories. He is of the planet's dominant species, known as the Neomatrixa. 

He is electrically-aligned, capable of electrical manipulation. Though is trickiness and sly attitude can lead lead these abilities to cause complete and utter chaos. His boss, Forkk, tries to keep him in line by keeping him busy with lab work. 

Volt has his own Neolite companion--a black and red Rex, who's most faithful to him and his best friend. Although Sizzle--as the creature is named--will do anything his master commands him to, he ignores everyone else and always finds a way into trouble. Volt usually finds this both entertaining and satisfying.

Volt always finds a way to drive Forkk to near-insanity, but somehow there's something between them that keeps them from being separated. Forkk never can find himself to be without Volt's company. . .
