Hailing from a fantasy kingdom of ice, the succubus Lavenna one day found her way to Serenity's boutique in the real world. She wields mysterious powers and can manipulate the cold at will. Additionally, she isn't bothered by hot or cold temperatures, and prefers to wear a fluffy cloak that drapes over her nude body as her only piece of clothing. Lavi has a mischevous personality and can act like a gremlin, but she's serious when she needs to be.
