When she was young, Talon was kidnapped by scientists for testing. The experience made her have a strong dislike for scientists in general. But more importantly, the testing caused a big growth spurt on her evolution, as well as gave her the ability to turn into… A ghost?
After escaping, she formed an exploration team called Team Emerald, the first partner of hers being Johnny. They get along decently, even though Johnny is an outlaw.
Personality: Talon is a blabberbeak, usually being mean and smug (Not to mention some unnecessary cursing). Talon has a tendency of judging unevolved pokemon. She often considers them as "Underleveled'' or "Mid." When she gets mad, she starts to drop her feathers.
Talon thinks of herself as the most important part of the team, but doesn't often express it to others.
When she's mistreated or hurt badly, her past may come in the way of her thoughts, and she may break down.

Talon grabs the foe with her talons, flies high into the air, and slams them down with full force.
Transformation: Ghost Form
Talon transforms into her Ghost Form on a full moon by default. This gives her a transparent white look, as well as a new moveset and immunity to certain moves.
This form also seems to randomly shift when she experiences strong feelings.
