He's.. not the brightest. Axel is a guy that punches before he asks questions and is very easily angered. He gets into fights way more often than is good for him, considering he's not that strong to begin with. His pride often gets in the way of any logical thought.
So, Axel was put in Eden. As an alternative to jailtime. He's done some petty crime, email scams and things likte that. While he expected to get an actual trial and serve time in jail or get a fine or something, he was put in Project Eden instead. Which, to him, was strange considering he's a human and all that.
After a disastrous time at a flower-festival-turned-riot, Axel went home with quite a serious burn wound. He was too stubborn to let it get treated and planned to simply let it be and hoped for the best. A.D.A.M. the local police enforcers, had other plans. Against his will he was sedated and dragged to a hospital to get proper treatment.
That's where his whole life got turned upside down. By a police officer who claimed she could prove he is in fact a mythic. In a fit of rage he agreed to let her try and prove it, in return he'd be free from Eden if it turned out he was a human after all.
Spoiler alert: He's not a human.
He got trapped in an empty thermos and once he got out this particular police officer was his keeper, seeing he's actually a djinn, or genie.
After a bunch of dumb desicions, Axel ends up trapped in the thermos once again and in the posession of the big bosses of Eden. Perhaps to never see the light of day ever again.
She is literally the reason for all my suffering. I hate her and If I ever get the chance I'll rip that stone head off her fucking body and go bowling with it.
She is the single good thing that happened to me since coming to Eden. I care for her a lot, even though Stitches made me betray her. I hope she knows I never would've done any of it if I had the chance. She's the one person I'd trust to be my keeper.
He's not so bad, for a mythic. The whole fangs and blood sucking thing scared me at first, but he knows a lot and somehow is able to put up with me for several times now. Teach is a good dude. Thanks for teaching me things about.. well, me..
