Jess (born June 13th) is a barista working at Helen and Lee's cafe, and a content creator, doing and posting her cosplays, and sometimes joining her roommate Sara for streams. They live with their friends Shaiming, Kai, and Sara.
She doesn't get along with their parents because of his wish to express differently than his parents expected and them being pretty transphobic, so as soon as she could, she moved out with their friends, since they were already living together by that time and happily accepted Jess in their house.
She goes to college with Matteo, a friend he made because of their common interests; as for their work, she met Helen while they were co-workers at another cafe, but then their boss decided to close it and Helen opened his own coffee shop with his husband, and immediately offered Jess to work with them, since they are pretty close friends.
