Hitch

• The pumpkin is covering his face- but it is removable! He just gets very anxious without it so he isn't drawn without it often. 

Hitch is an anxiety-ridden mew who is easily startled and constantly afraid of even the smallest provocations. Despite his skittish nature, he's oddly not afraid of the cemetary that he's taken up residence- nor the night around it or the concept of death as a whole.  He is kind and caring- and those patient enough to tolerate how neurotic he can be will find a very devoted and loving friend. He's actually very lonely, caught somewhere between the world of life and world of death means you don't really feel like you relate to either. 

He is afraid of his own identity and finding out what -or who he might have used to be. He hides his face to 'hide' from his past life and finds comfort in sheilding himself in this way from the outside world.

He becomes extremely distressed without his 'mask' and will quickly panic or flee to hide from anyone who sees his real face.

Hitch doesn't really remember where he came from- only that he woke up as a spirit in one of the crypts and made his way outside, where his still-physical body allowed him to care for the graves of others. He made friends with the local ghosts (Who he was able to sense and see thanks to his ghost typing); and heard their plights and concerns about the state of their memories and the missing friends and family who no longer visited them in their passing due to the poor conditions of their resting places.

As such, Hitch took it upon himself to try and make the cemetary clean and respectful out of a desire to help those who have passed on find rest in their afterlives.

While ghost type pokemon don't really leave- theyre not actually dead and gone after all, Hitch has helped the spirits of deceased and trapped pokemon to move on knowing their family- and memory is safe in his care.

This graveyard is not on the sky islands- existing in Galar.
