She belongs to a tribe of nomadic people that was created around a sisterhood of magic users. Her people travel the land always
on the search for knowledge. In her culture the relationship between teacher and student is very important and whenever someone
who taught others magic died their bones would be made into arcane focuses for their students (wands or other).
The people of the sisterhood also tend to never cut their hair because it is believed that every aspect of the body is caring power and
with cutting it they take away some of it the wisest also tend to not cut finger or toenails, but the rest usually does for convenience.
The long hair also helps with recognizing each other.
At the moment she is traveling with one of her "sisters" (Lavenda a Tiefling)  to find new routes for the tribe.

Irisa is hot-headed and often speaks before thinking which makes many people question her wizard abilities. However, she is
an expert in damage dealing spells and loves to collect them.

Her arcane focus is a rip of her former teacher a human Sorceress, but recently she acquired another when she had her right pinky
tattoos with magic ink ( usually used to write spells in spellbooks). The process didn't go as planned and her pinky is
now numb and black but it helped her to become a bit more powerful and also gave her the nickname "death finger "
when she took place in a magic tournament.
