Beatrix, otherwise known as "the original" "the blueprint" "the prototype" was, fittingly, the first of her appearance. She was born with it, after all. Running into first Annie, then Bella, and finally Callie, the three other women took on HER appearance in order to all blend together and run cons on people. With her only able to change the color of her hair, eyes, and skin, basically anything naturally on her body, she tends to outrun issues with the law by changing her hair color and covering her face, which is, amazingly, more than enough to trick the average person.
Bea is very chill with three other women using her face to do things, considering she's already had plenty of bad encounters with the law on her own terms, and there's not much that they could do to make her reputation worse. If anything, her sisters make everything easier for her, especially considering a lack of any biological family in her (and their) life. General confusion is the name of their game, and four identical women really sell that.
Upon meeting Star, the four of them settled in, decided on considering themselves HIS sisters, and Bea took to having his hair color, as a way of solidifying the relationship, the other three following suit when they're not playing up their ability to do slight differences for the people they are actually real about their situation with.
