MonstarMews" width="200" height="200">Chem is a synth created by the Institute to be disbatched for simple field study purposes. She was lost in transit when workers were unfortunately attacked going through a route that led far too close to a mother deathclaw's nest than they realised.
Althought shes made a life for herself in Diamond City as its resident radio host with her dazzle and charm, she still follows in her original programming in her curiosity for the world around her, often leading to messy mishaps with the local fauna.

- The scar on her right side is from the mother deathclaw that attacked her, it emits radiation, she is effectively unsafe to hug due to this.
- There is a plate on her lowerback that makes it possible for her tail to wag.
- She has walked into a ghoul horde simply because she was distracted while writing in her journal, similarly she hardly realizes when she is swinging her knife around too much when she gets excited by something.
- Her tattoo is a play on the Institutes logo, despite her friend's dislike for the place, it was the first home she knew before this life.
- The deathclaw scar is only on her right side.
- I am not too picky about the sakura petals on her but like them to be included to the best of the artist's ability.
- Her wings can be drawn on her back instead of attached to her ears (Look at secondary ref in her tabs if you need to see how they attach to the ear.
- Please try to follow her face and ear spots exactly as seen.
- Earrings are optional.
Although they both originate from the Institute, the two couldnt have any greater difference in their opinions of it, but Assist has no care to argue with the too-cheerful Chem, rathering to swear and keep her safe and free from it as best she can. These two share a connection that runs deep despite their programming and will do much to protect each other.
