Susanne Molly

Molly is a young european mole lady. She has a tan brown colourscheme with short blond hair. Molly is always wearing her glasses since she is blind as a mole otherwise. Her sparkling blue eyes always catch the attention. Molly is well-rounded, but still rather thin. Her long snoot ends in a heart-shaped nose with crooked whiskers.

Molly loves dressing up cutely and therefore her style can vary a lot. She tends to wear japenese-fashion inspired clothes, mostly a lot of short skirts with cute tops, or neat dresses. (For more infos, click on the clothes reference below in the design notes.) She is always seen with hair-accessory in her hair, often flowers or bows, or with a cute hairdo. She doesnt like to wear makeup however, except for a bit of nailpolish sometimes.

Eventhough Molly is of course a big part of myself, she still vastly differs from me in real life. One could say: Molly is the kind of person I would like to be, but cannot be for several reasons. She is an upbeat persona, with smiles everywhere. She rarely has a bad day, loves to socialize and to get to know new people. She is very open-minded about sexuality and is comfortable with who she is (and how she looks like). Something we have in common is her peaceful and kind attitude. Helping people in need, being a good listener, and treating everyone with whatever background with respect and kindness. There is no need for the many bad things in life, for fights and wars, and yet they happen daily. She tries to not be a part of that toxic behavior.

Molly is often perceived as quite polite and friendly towards others. She gets along with basically everyone around her, even if she doesn't like everyone back equally. As a baker, she is also some kind of artist. She loves to express her creativity with her sweet baked goods, and she loves to shar them with her friends. Molly is also sporty and loves playing volleyball. She is a total teamplayer and, in her volleyball team, takes a defensive role as the sweeper.

Molly was created in an effort to get me back on track. Those who know me well know that I have been dealing with a lot of tragedies in the past (and present), which often spiral me down into a deep depression. I am in therapy for a while now and I am trying to get better. I always loved to draw. I did so a lot with my best friend, Zelendur, but drawing somehow meant pressure to me. I could not enjoy it anymore, I was getting anxious when I thought about trying something because I felt like it HAD to be perfect. I talked about this with my therapist, and she had a brilliant idea: To start from the beginning. Create a new account, on a new website, where nobody knows me. And that is exactly what I did. I started my page on furaffinity, even unknown to Zelendur, and began drawing.

Why a mole? Because at the day I decided on making an new account and my first real fursona I asked Amazon Alexa about the animal of the day. And it was the european mole! Also, I loved the idea of a mole fursona, and thus Molly was created! By the way - Susanne Molly is not my real name, but especially created for this fursona. But honestly, I like being called Molly, haha!
