male electric dragon, about 1000+ yrs old. laji surgespark is the bringer of shock and storm. he can discharge thousands of volts of electricity from his spines and call down lightning to obliterate everything in its path. he only appears in the dark of the night with a storm approaching. he went on a furious rampage through a small village and into a forest where arcturian starstrider subdued and calmed him down.
