Hyra

Hyra is the chieftan of the desert dwelling Golden Tusk tribe and a very large and imposing figure with a personality to match. She's powerful, assertive, and shrewd. Hyra strives to lead and protect her tribe to the best of her ability. She'll negotiate with nearby colonists, other tribes, and try to curb violence in her domain. While she is averse to violence, by no means does this mean she's pacifist or a pushover. Only that she prefers avoiding bringing violence and conflict to her people. She still will sharply punish transgressors and exert control over the tribe's territory.
