General

  • Commission me mean you agree to my TOS. 委託我即代表你同意以下條款。
  • PayPal only。 僅接受paypal，若你是台灣人可以用匯款的方式付款。
  • I have the right to publish finished works on my social media without asking my customers. If you do not want to publish your commission please let me know when ordering. 我有將完成品發布在我的社交軟體上的權力。若你不希望公開成品請在委託時告知。
  • I have the right to refuse accepting a commission without giving a reason. 我有在不告知原因的情況下拒絕接受委託的權力。
  • I will only refund if I'm unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons. 我只在我因個人原因無法完成委託項目的情況下退款。
  • I will try my best to complete your commission within one to two months, I'm a busy college student who about to graduate, please don't expect me to finish your commission in a short time. 會盡力在一到兩個月內完成您的委託，我是個即將畢業的忙碌大學生，請不要指望我能在明確日期前完成您的委託。

  • Using my art for commercial purposes or selling. 轉售或商用。
  • Sell it as merch, prints etc.(personal use is ok) 印製商品販售(個人使用可以)。
  • Copy, recolor, heavily reference, or steal any of my artworks or characters. 描圖、盜圖、過度參考。
  • Make changes in finished works without my knowledge and consent. 未經同意修改成品。

HOW TO ORDER

STEPS 流程

  1. Inform the commission you want and character reference through Discord. (冰颶 Icecyclone#0553) 通過Discord私訊告知委託項目以及角色參考圖。(冰颶 Icecyclone#0553)
  2. Discussion content and valuation. 討論內容及估價。
  3. Sketch 1 Confirmed. (Two revisions accepted) 草稿1確認。（接受兩次修改）
  4. Payment 付款
  5. Sketch 2 confirmation will be made if necessary. (minimum revisions accepted) 若有必要會進行草稿2確認。（接受小部分修改）
  6. Delivery of finished commissions. 交付成品。

NOTICES 請注意以下幾點

  • Size: 540*540, will give a gif file, if you need a video file, please let me know in advance. File will give through Google Drive . 大小:540*540，交稿時給gif檔，若需要影片檔也可以，有指定尺寸請先告知。Google雲端交檔。
  • Please provide character references and specific ideas or concepts. 請提供人物設定圖以及具體的想法或概念。
  • The number of frames can be discussed, but it will affect the overall smoothness. If necessary, I can provide a rough sketch for your reference. 幀數可以討論，但會影響整體流暢度。 如有需要，我可以提供一個粗略的草圖供您參考。
  • I will be in touch with you through discord DM and send you my progress, please keep an eye out for messages. 我會通過discord私訊向您聯繫，以及傳送途中，請留意一下訊息。
