Appearance

Hayes is 184 cm (6'0") tall, well-postured, charismatic man. His skin is light and eyes are light gray, and his hair is gray with darker streaks. He wears well-fitted suits and a wedding ring on the left ring finger.

Personality

Hayes is jovial, down-to-earth person, who, despite his high rank, is easy to approach. He always seems to have time for a friendly chatter and he has a skill to make people feel at ease in his company. He's socially skilled, confident and he radiates charisma, and he's able to effortlessly charm people. According to the lack of reported scandals he could have been involved before or during his years in the CEO position, he genuinely seems to be a well-mannered and balanced, honest and hard-working person.

Backstory

Hayes is the CEO of NSRR Co., which is the company that operates the country of New States in Origo. He arrived to New States a bit over twenty years ago from California where he used to work as a lawyer, was married and had two kids. It seems like there's nothing really interesting about his past... but his behavior leaves subtle hints of something that has yet to be explained.
And he seems to have a soft spot for Sullivan.

Extra info

• In public, he is well-liked and his career is almost boringly scandal-free.
• He hasn't remarried during his time living in Origo, and there's no evidence of him being in a relationship, either.
• He is Jewish.

Trivia

• Created in 2018.
• At first Hayes was some generic "evil CEO lol", but luckily I revisited his character and I just love him now. He's incredibly kind, sort of reserved, but he is so ridiculously charismatic he is able to hide his insecurities.
