Occupation: Definitely not fit to work normal jobs.

Affiliation: Civilian turned Merc later on

Rank: Since she’s still a kid, not really much to fear here 

Class: No threat at all, besides to herself 

Personality: 

Epiphany is what you could call an ‘air-head’, totally oblivious, ditzy, tends to usually be always smiling and pleased as peach. She’s hard to upset, if you can manage to do it at all really (an impressive feat.) though she can be very protective towards the people she cares about and loves. As much as she can be filled with love, she’s equally void of more intense, passionate kinds of emotions. There is a certain ‘uncomfortable’ disconnect about her that’s hard to put a finger on, but at times, it can be unintentionally unnerving. 

Background:

Little baby Epiphany was dropped off deep within the forests of Erilia by someone she’d never come to know, most likely left to feed the wildlife and perish without mother’s loving touch. What happened instead was nothing short of a miracle; after starving for a day in the wilderness, the next night an asteroid happened to land not far off from where the baby lay crying within the trees. 

An unknown alien specimen slithered from the asteroid, curious to its new surroundings and opting to explore this new world it happened upon. It didn’t take long for it to come across the child, and being a creature with no need for consumption or a violent cell in its body, it chose to care for the baby instead in its own way. 

It wrapped around the child and tightly clothed it, keeping it warm and safe to the best of its ability. 

It was around then that the local wolf pack took interest in the impact left by the asteroid, followed by the baby that was just barely able to mutter out any further cries nearby. 

The wolves weren’t given an option to eat the child with the protection of the alien, and instead, it released chemical pheromones that drew in the alpha female, getting her to see baby Epiphany as one of her own pups. 

Years later, having been raised by wolves for her entire 14 years of existence, Epiphany was stunned to discover the existence of ‘humans’, and despite her curiosity, stuck to avoiding them. The wolves had told her of their atrocities, hunting with rifles and things that kill with no sort of respect. Sometimes, her curiosity would get the better of her however, and she’d sit at the edge of a cliff that hung over one of Erilia’s cities. One time, a smell had caught her attention as much to her pack’s dismay, she allowed it to lure her into the city and straight into a neighborhood dumpster. 

It was this night she’d come into her first contact with a human- a tiny human, at that. Met first with a coyote-like creature that led the young child to Epiphany, her guard was completely let down and she explored these new beings with interest; sniffing, poking, eventually attempting to play. This was the start to her integration within Erilian society. 

The child brought Epiphany home, which is exactly where she ended up staying and continues to learn about who she is and what ‘people’ are. 

Abilities:

• Her deep connection with her alien friend gives her almost an ‘extension’ of herself. The ribbon alien itself doesn’t have many abilities besides shape-shifting into material like substance (clothing). 
• It will protect her if need be, also, by hardening it’s membrane and keeping her protected from projectiles. 
• Epiphany herself is able to speak to canine/feline derived species, and also read body language real well to the point it comes second nature to her 

Weaknesses:

Any normal human weaknesses, though it is very easy to manipulate her given her naivety. 

Rumors:

• Rumoured to be a feral girl (which is absolutely true)
• Given her behaviours especially before she’s shown better after her experience, people oftentimes assume she’s an ‘alien’ herself

Health:

• Epiphany has a pretty mild to severe case of narcolepsy, and at the most random of times she’ll completely shut down into a sleeping state. It can last a couple seconds to a few minutes at a time, she has absolutely 0 control over this. She also isn’t really aware that it’s happening, either, but doesn’t seem all that bothered by it given she has a tendency to be ‘saved’ if it’s ever at a dangerous or unfortunate time. 
• She must eat raw meat to obtain enough iron in her diet to keep her from becoming fatigued and anemic. 

Other:

The person who left her in the woods is the person who murdered her parent(s), though she has no idea about any of that. She has ‘feelings’ sometimes about certain things, likely a deep trauma from witnessing the experience as a child, but the most telling thing is the prickles she gets on the back of her neck when in the presence of ‘bad’ people.
