Jay is a cheerful Umbreon who loves affection and food, and will pester anyone he meets for either. He is whiney and stubborn but cares a lot about Ryan, who is his best friend in the whole world!!
He really wants to be a strong fighter, but if he is scared of someone, he will usually just hide behind his trainer instead. That doesn't mean he is a scaredy cat though! Definitely not!
Jay may be a little naive, but he's not afraid to show his enthusiasm.
