She is an armor for a char i haven't designed recently and the former life of this character. She is a waterplant siren. During her life as siren she is living in the ocean and is similiar to Himikos former life as Siren. However her singing abilities are not as strong, and she has a stronger affinity to plants and animals that live in oceans.
Isciira is a nice girl that likes to slack off on stones or waterfalls near seas. Her elegant and pure nature let other people fall for her easily without her notice. But since humans can't breath under water many people died while seeking her love with made her sad.
