Kuu Ithildin Princewater

[Kuu Ithildin "The one who is like the Moon"]

Kuu Ithildin Princewater was born on the morning of a winter day, as the youngest child of Keyleth of the Moonwoods and the only child of a drow named Verin.

He passed his first years surrounded by the trees, spending night awake looking into the night sky, with a mysterious mother and a nomad father, all while his sister fought against powerful entities alterating the stability of the planes. Due to her quest Kuu idiolized his sister, and for the following years he desired to follow her steps as an adventurer, but soon, a deep sense of hollownes got to him, making him realize that trying to shine as bright as a saviour and a hero was an imposibility for the common folk.

The year Kuu became 16, soon after his nephew Melian was born, he decided to leave the woods behind and move into Neverwinter, where he got accepted as a student of the conservatory, following his love for the sky and spending his days and nights surrounded by other intelectuals. Falling in love between exams, sharing secret kisses and enjoying life.

He left Neverwinter on summer, to instal himself on a little town next to the Sword Mountains called Phandalin, in a little cottage on the outskirts. Months passed, and while Kuu became 19 that he stumble into a inconcient grey tiefling with beautiful white hair. He carried the men into his house, where took care of the man named Dror, and offer him a home till he was fully heal. Time passed, but Dror never left.

Falling in love felt easy, like laying under the sun on a winter morning, and two years after their first encounter, during the winter solstice they shared their wedding vows. Love filled the little cottage, and nine months later a little purple tiefling with bright golden eyes came into the world.

Kuu worked from his house, writting books of essay about the stars, slowly getting more and more renown, and finally being widely acknowledged to be one of the greatest and most influential astronomers of all times, all by the time he became 24.

His life was finally taking the route he always wanted, a work he loved, a sister and a nephew who he could visit twice a year, a supportive husband and a smart and eternally curious son, Kuu's life was perfect just the way it was. Of course, good things don't last forever, and the night before the summer solstice, in the year he would become 29, he heard a sound coming from the woods. He had been working on his newest book, staying once again late into the night, and the sound made him curious, putting on a simple shawl and venturing into the woods unawear that he was walking right into a plane breach.

He woke up in a magical place, a place equally filled with wonders and terrifying things; the Fe Wilds. He tried to find a way back, but the place started to corrupt him and Kuu soon was forgetting who he was and why he ever wanted to leave, joining eternal parties and starting to slowly become one of them. It was pure luck he met Eldor, it was pure luck the young fae prince seemed to take a liking to him and it was definitely a miracle Kuu took a look into the ring he had always been wearing. Reading the words in elvish that said (The Moon to my Sun) made him flash through his life, and he then begged his friend for a way back home that same night. He was lucky the fae prince liked him.

Kuu woke up in the skirts of the High Forest, where he found a young human teenager with a weird obsession for demons called Ashlyn, and like that he started his way back home. To Phandalin. To his Sun and his Stars.
