TERMS OF SERVICE + BLACKLIST

Blocking me/being blocked by me AUTOMATICALLY BLACKLISTS YOU.

You MUST comment on my TOS to confirm that you've read it before obtaining any of my designs from me.

• You may NOT resell my designs to anyone on my blacklist! I DO NOT CARE IF YOU REDESIGNED THEM.

• You may NOT remove my design credit, even if the character has been redesigned by someone else. Just add the new designer as another designer!

• You may NOT heavily redesign my designs! They must at least be recognizable as compared to the original design!

• You may NOT use any of my designs or art for any sort of hate speech, including but not limited to lgbtq+phobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, sexism, etc!

• Do NOT ask for an adopt in my DMs. There's no reason you can't comment on the character themselves or reply to a post! If you ask for a character in my DMs, you are immediately barred from getting that character.

•You may NOT resell my characters for higher than you bought them for, unless extra COMMISSIONED art is added after purchase. If you got them from a trade, they are worth a trade, regardless of how much the character you traded is worth. If you got them for free, you can only gift them to someone else.

• Don't resell my characters immediately after purchase, that's incredibly rude to me.

• Do NOT put ANY of my designs through freebie threads. From 2/25/2024 onwards, anyone found guilty of doing so will be blocked and blacklisted for TOS breakage. Just send the design back to me if you don't want it.
