Countess (and Splinter)

Countess - nobody knows her real name - has been alive for way too long and has had way too much time on her hands. Her weapon is alive and goes by the name of Splinter, and she often chatters to it about nonsensical things. She is relativey insane, though not so much that she doesn't recognize reality from insanity, she just prefers the insanity and the chaos. Countess loves noise and mayhem and strife and will often go out of her way to cause all three of those things.
