Past

Aleera has lived her whole life in Old Wood Grove. Thanks to it being a small village everyone knows of her and takes the time to talk more clearly to her when speaking, so she can read their lips. Aleera was born deaf, and was home schooled for a while, until she was confident in her lip reading. When she wasn't being taught by her father, she was out in the garden with her mother. This grew her love for plants.

Starting school was strange and took some getting use to. Aleera was never really bullied, though if she was, she never noticed. In school this is were she meet her life time friend Fern. The two became quick friends, thanks to their love of plants. After a couple months of being friends, Fern surprised Aleera with the fact that he had learned sign language.

Present

Aleera now owns her own flower shop, growing all her own flowers and succulents, and buys all her more exotic plants from her best friend Fern. Her shop isn't the biggest but she loves it, it's small and quaint.
