Enoch

A dark brown tux cat with sky blue skin(so nose, inner ear, and paw pads) and lime green eyes with pink pupils/eyeshines. 

He sometimes has:

• Glasses with thick square-ish teal frames.
• White feathered wings. Sometimes multiple pairs of wings.
• Glowing green eyes covering his body and/or wings.
• A lime green halo, often dripping as if it is made of slime or ectoplasm. 

His "true form" has six wings, is covered in extra eyes, and has the drippy halo, but he is capable of hiding aspects of his appearance, so I don't mind him being drawn with only some or none of those things.

Anthro version has curly teal hair that goes to his shoulders. He has a  flat-chested but otherwise feminine body. Also a little chubby. His face  is more masculine-shaped and he sometimes has a little patchy facial  hair. Human version has skin that's very very pale, like white, with blue undertones. He also has green freckles. He wears loose fitting tops  (like dresses and too big t-shirts and hoodies) with leggings or tight  jeans.

He uses he/him pronouns almost exclusively, but doesn't mind they/them or she/her. He is agender, ace, and aro.

He is the ghost of an angel. As in he use to be an angel but died and is a ghost now. 

He was born with pink skin, blue eyes, a white halo, and six white feathery wings.
His halo was shattered at a very young age, leaving him with floating shards.
He clipped his own wings for a while starting when he was an adolescent. At some point, as an adult, he stopped clipping his wings and let them grow out, though they were very frail.
Angels get extra eyes as they grow up and become more powerful, so he didn't get all the rest of his eyes until he was an adult.
After death, his wings grew back stronger than ever, and a slimy ectoplasm sealed the shattered remains of his halo together. His eyes turned that same extoplasmic green, his pupils turned pink, and his skin turned that sickly blue.

As an angel, he is able to speak telepathically, change his appearance(including becoming imperceptible to mortals entirely), and fly at the speed of light(when his wings are strong and unclipped). With a fully-functioning halo, he would've been able to perform miracles(basically healing abilities).
As a ghost, he gained the ability to move through objects and manipulate electricity and radio waves and idk do ghost stuff. He also can summon ectoplasm, though it doesn't have much of a function. It's just goo and/or mist.
