Tempest

This is Tempest, a fighter of the savages.

She's the  femme fatale trope, but also a lot more cruel than that? This cat is a  sadistic bitch. Her favorite pass times include torturing people because  she thinks it's funny and then framing someone else for it so her  superiors don't know it's her. She's all about the drama and loves to find new "toys" to play with.

Her mother was a feral cat taken in while she was pregnant by one of those catch, spay, release rescue groups. Her mom was VERY feral, attacking the rescuers any chance she got. When she had her babies, they took them away, spayed her, and released her back where they found her. The babies, Tempest and her sister Teapot, were bottle fed, raised entirely by humans. As their names imply, Tempest was a feisty kitten, taking after her mother. Teapot was much more calm, very loving to the humans that raised her.
Teapot was adopted quickly, but Tempest took a lot longer. Finally, a particularly patient human took her in, knowing her temperament, and fully expecting to care for essentially a feral cat. Tempest was a little older now, she had learned that hurting ppl(humans and cats) is more fun when you lead them on a little bit first. So she put up with the human's patient encouragments, took advantage of the treats they provided her, let herself be spoiled for a while. She ended up getting time outside, and started using those treats to do all sorts of dealings with neighborhood strays as well.
She learned everything she could about the local cats and her love of causing drama by subtle manipulations began. She would encourage fights constantly, always on the sidelines where nobody noticed her part in all of it.
Eventually she got bored of the human, and just the local strays to play with. She ran away, seeking out more prey. She moved from place to place, leaving chaos in her wake wherever she went.

This is when she was approached to join the savages. She joined because she could spot the con Savage was pulling a mile away and she wanted a piece of that action. She was working her way up the ranks hoping to get to a high enough rank to be able to control Savage himself when her plans were ruined. She followed Tooth knowing she had a better shot at gaining power with him. She has a new target now.
