Pinescratch

A small tortoiseshell she-cat with grey-blue eyes.

She's a perfectionist, fiercely loyal to her clan and her leader(a bit  of a suck up to them tbh), and desperate to feel accepted/included, enough that she can come off as fake. She always does 110% and is always looking for a way to prove her loyalty, never saying no to anything her clan asks of her.

As an apprentice, another apprentice by the name of Ivypaw sort of adopted her. Ivypaw told Pinepaw why Stoneclan didn't accept her, telling her that the clan would never accept her unless she does exactly what Ivypaw says. She was very cruel to Pinepaw, who had no concept of how toxic their relationship was, instead being grateful that someone had taken her under their wing and was helping her to fit in.

Pinepaw became a very talented warrior, earning the warrior name of Pinescratch for how skilled of a fighter she is. Ivypaw became Ivythorn, and continued to control Pinescratch. Eventually, as fullgrown warriors, their relationship grew into one more romantic in nature, tho still very toxic.

During the spoilery events of Turning to Savagery, Pinescratch leaves the clans to join the savages. Just a little time spent among the savages opened her eyes to how stressed she always was trying to prove herself to the clans, and the savages don't demand that. They respect her based on her skills and not her lineage. Her perfectionism is hard to unlearn, but she is slowly recovering.

In the savages, Pinescratch settles down with Vixen, who loves her openly and without demanding she earn it. The two of them raise Finch and Shrike together. She becomes the fighter general, and takes Vixen as her messenger.
