Rules for my designs:
1) Do not sell characters for more than you bought them for unless they have added art. You may trade them for art or characters, and sell them for equal to or less than you bought them for without adding anything though.
2) For free/raffle designs, you may sell them for money only if you add new commissioned art. Trading them for art or characters is allowed without adding anything.
