If  you do not agree to these rules, you CANNOT purchase any design from  me. If a design of mine is sold to somebody without agreement to the  TOS, I have every right to reclaim the character.

Keep in mind: If you end up agreeing to this I might keep a screenshot specifically (and only) so people can see the date.

Any violation of the following will   result in a polite request to revert the change/add the tag; asking  for the character back; blocking/blacklisting you from purchasing from  me. In extreme cases I will revoke rights to the character.

• Please keep all burn scarring under tags
  • If  you plan on very heavy burn scarring please warn me before purchase; I  might reject! It's a phobia thing and I hope you understand <3
•  Nothing racist/homophobic/transphobic/otherwise bigoted allowed in designs
  • In general if you are using my design to harm somebody else, it is something I am uncomfortable with.
• DO NOT remove my designer credits for any reason.
  • This  is technically against Rules/TOS on Toyhouse but also I know some  people do updates and split designs. That is NOT something I care for;  keep the designs together.
• Follow all site's TOS!
  • This   means follow all tagging rules a site has, as well as any specific   rules regarding things such as AI art / tracing / heavy references.
• Please   do not use my designs to make them bald/peeled! I am not super   comfortable with it; and don’t want my designs to have this trait.
• Deals   Made over characters MUST always be respected, regardless of updates  to  people’s blocks/blacklists. If you made an agreement, it is binding.  It  is a contract. This means if a deal is made with my design and you   block the other party OR want to block/blacklist the other party, you   need to settle the contract beforehand.
  • This means any "vague"  deals such as promises for offers ALSO need to be discussed; or promises  to purchase post a character update.
• Any design of  mine you sell MUST have the other party read these TOS and agree to it. I  don't want the TOS ignored by ANYBODY, secondhand design or not.
  • If this rule is broken, I have all rights to demand the character returned.
