One of the most spoiled and arrogant Royalteas you'd ever come across (probably only second to Frollino lmao), Elizabeth is a leader at heart and only ever bows down to her owner, the King (and even then, she's still arrogant when she does so). Due to her pampering she's even allowed to boss around other humans/species in the castle, and gets extremely irked when someone doesn't take her seriously or doesn't follow her orders. She seems to have been kissed by Lady Luck in games, any card game or even chess duel she gets in, she wins.
Still has the natural kind heart of a Royaltea though, and she can be bubbly and nice with her friends; she also doesn't mind helping others in need, but prefers helping complete strangers rather than those who know she's the King's pet (she's afraid of being belittled/exploited by those in the castle).
As a human is extremely beautiful, so often takes that form to be smothered in compliments, and even because it allows her to move more gracefully.
One of her suitors is the Royaltea Frollino (@captainrei) which she totally ignores and gets annoyed at, the only other Royaltea she seems to like is Hades (@captainrei).

Salina AU: she is the personal assistant of the Queen, and is usually also in charge of some public relations like announcements regarding royalty. Personality is the same, but she's a bit more gentle than her canon self, especially with the Queen.
