Rosalynn's MANIFEST are based off of cenobite irregularities (they are real in my world)
Rosalynn can make skin and steel out of thin air and can even give them different properties to have one trait
however she would have to sacrifice another trait on the object to have another (Unmeltable skin but be easily sliced)
Rosalynn can make a body of skin and steel for the chat to possess, however it's only for special events because Chat is unpredictable
Rosalynn's favorite thing to summon are steel chains, she can attach any steel thing at the end of it, yknow hooks....
Chat is made up of multiple voices, they are in fact another mysterious irregularity
Chat can do ANYTHING. Mysteriously add into your bank account, throw objects around the room, make the sequence of events of your future really fucking silly
