Nei was summoned by a necromancer to be an aid. He was expected to collect herbs, organize the work room, keep the books in their places on the shelves, and be a test subject of sorts when it came to the unknown substances that were sometimes used for payment. This was decades ago, and the necromancer finally passed away. After all, they might deal with the dead, but they definitely are not immortal. With his master no longer around, Nei kept right on doing what he had been doing, not knowing any different. He would collect herbs and put them in the piles. He would keep the books dusted and on their shelves. He would go out and hunt for food, then bring the bones back for his master to make use of them. Unfortunately, with the master no longer being around, the plants withered with time, and the mess had to be frequently swept out. There was nothing handling the bones, so the pile kept growing and growing by the week, and the creature made to serve was left to get bored.

Finally, he abandoned his old home and moved forward to find a new one.

Can be energetic and playful, but is more cautious, curious, and calm. Can have other forms, if paired with another necromancer or magic user at some point.
