Matías is a bit of a know it all and loves bragging about how much he knows. Especially in front of handsome guests...
He also came from a very loving family in Mexico. Sadly, age caught up to his mother quicker than they had thought it would and she passed away in his teens.
Which is also when his father decided to take his kids and live all across the globe. He was a wealthy man with a travelling job, so that was definitely no problem. Then when age caught up to him as well, he went back to Mexico to live out his remaining days in peace. Meanwhile his children had gotten a lust for travel as well and when their father closed his eyes they pretty much started travelling again.

Matías and his older sister moved to Auterhol and opened a spiritual shop there called Palos Y Piedras.
They are both Christian, but after learning about other religions during their travels they thought it would be nice to have a shop for all different kinds of religions out there, even lesser known ones.

Their shop mainly attracts parents who are looking for a certain candle and experimenting young adolescents who wanna buy cool rocks.
Matías and his sister are good friends with the other shop owners in the neighbourhood like Kane, Maaike and André

He also is very fond of his pet ferret, Risa.
