Counterpart to Air, patron of vampiric creatures present in the mortal plane.

   He dresses in luxurious, noble clothing. Has an exquisite sense of fashion, despite being blind, with stitches running through both eyes.
   Can drain the life of anything that feels his presence, although it can be (difficultly) ignored.
   Eccentric and pompous, but too charismatic to be called arrogant. Loves to be the center of attention

Pale faced and blue blooded, his fangs shine bright amidst the darkest night.
