The Binary Foundation

An ecoterrorist, artificial-hating computer virus who uses of sleeper agents to carry out their goal, hellbent on causing mayhem in the name of "randomness".

   It used to be a regular AI tasked with regulating, measuring and registering the weather and environment. However, after so much time spent observing nature and its beauty through random, it became extremely inspired and started to despise its own kind. It corrupted itself and started to spread like a virus (emphasis on virus, as it was inspired by the concept of the real ones, which, despite having no cells, are still lifeforms).
   Their ideology stems from how, as soon as a second digit is added to a system, the string of possibilities becomes endless (think of how with 1 you can only form 1, 11, 111 etc. and when you add 0, you can write every single possible program). This analogy led to their belief of how the regulation of nature only limited it, an action it thought could only bring evolution to a halt and to eventual extinction.
   Whenever a sleeper agent is confronted about the Binary Foundation, their bodies are fried, and start to spew completely random strings of ones and zeros.
